IN Training
My name is George and I am a Qualified Personal Trainer based near Glasgow, Scotland. I have been in to health and fitness ever since I was a small child, it's run within my family with my mum always being a keen runner and my dad becoming a yoga instructor - there's always been this aspect that taking care of your body is of the utmost importance.

I started weight and resistance training with my own personal trainer when I lived in Manchester, my hometown, and it lit this fire in me and opened me up to this 'scary' and unknown world of the gym I had no idea about (that, and I didn't have the confidence to go there on my own so just outright avoided it). From there, I got in to the best shape of my life and absolutely loved the journey I was on; I was confident, happy and full of energy. After doing some travelling around the world I settled back in the UK and wanted to do the same for other people that I had done to me so I underwent vigorous training, and continue to do so, and made my dream come true!

Bespoke programs tailored with you in mind.
Before we get going we'll sit down face to face and have a good ol' natter. We'll discuss what you want out of Personal Training and why, what your current lifestyle and habits are and what experience you have (don't worry if you're a beginner - we all have to start somewhere!) From this, we'll establish the best way to move froward with your program based on what will work best for you. After all you're doing the grafting so it has to be perfect and what you want!

After our initial conversation and we're both on the same page as to where you want to go I will get to work on tailoring your plan. Using my expertise, experience and knowledge I'll structure your program based on your strengths, weaknesses and goals to guarantee the results you want.

I will also calculate your macros for the nutritional aspect of the plan and make sure we start working on building a healthy, balanced relationship with food - no restrictions!

Next we'll set up a
workout schedule that fits around your busy day-to-day life, work life and social life in order to effectively adhere to the plan while working around existing commitments you have.
I understand many of you will be parents, so finding a balance and a time that fits around this can seem hard. I do my best to work alongside you to be available when you can to train.

And so it begins! You'll start seeing your goals come to fruition, whether that be a behavioural change, a mental change or a physical one; all the hard work that you have put in so far is starting to pay off and we achieved it in a healthy and safe way that lasts your whole life.

We'll also re-visit your plan to see if there are any tweaks or changes that we need to make if somethings not quite working for you or you want to try something different - communication is what its all about!

Online Coaching
Firstly, we'll have you complete a simple health and lifestyle questionnaire to determine were you are, what your habits are and what your goals are. This creates the foundation for your program and so I can get to know you a little better.

Once we have an idea as to what your goals are and what you want out of the coaching then I get started on tailoring your program to perfectly fit your goals, your lifestyle. We also look at your current relationship with food in preparation for your nutritional aspect of the program.

Tweaking and changing is key with any program when you're wanting to get in to shape as we need to make sure it's working for you. Each person will have different strengths and weaknesses so we pick up on these and utilise them as best we can.

Watch the results come in! You'll have started to see a vast change in not only your physical self, but internally and mentally too. We'll have created a healthy relationship with both food and fitness in a way that you can keep with you forever
